BMX bikes to refurbish and to donate to kids. (Joplin/Carthage)

Joplin recently opened their new bike park, and I'd like to find some BMX bikes to donate to kids who's families can't afford them one. The secondhand market for BMX bikes around here is abysmal, so I'd like to get a few BMX bikes to repair, refurbish and donate. So not looking to spend big money.
Open to any 20" BMX bike with a 1-1/8" headset (since I have parts for them on hand). Though open to 16", 18" and 24".
Also open to frames, framesets, wheels, and anything else that could help get these bikes together.
