I’ve had this for a while and have only printed nine 13x19 photos. I cleaned the print head and changed the ink cartages last year because it hadn’t been used for a couple of years. Comes with software, power cable, USB cable and 11 sheets of 13x19 photo paper. I have made sure that it will run on Windows 11 and that there are no problems with its performance. Pick up in Mt. Vernon, MO
