Flex Officer - Part Time
Primary Locion: Nevada, MO
Wage: $17.00/HR
8 Hour Shifts: (Variable shift schedule with availability as needed)
- Day Shift: 0600 - 1400
- Swing Shift: 1400 - 2200
- Graveyard Shift: 2200 - 0600

Wh You Can Expect:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalion.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Ensure th all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Answering phones and Vision Phone usage.
- Walking prols.
- Checking in trucks.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nure and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions.
- Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion.
- All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion.
- Must have the ability to work 40 hours the first 30 days of training.
- Must be able to complete long distance walking prols which include stairs (long distance prols can be spilt up) and Setting for long periods of time.
