These are new. We ended up trading in our 2018 Kia Sedona. The only items that were in the Sedona when I bought it that could possibly be used are the wheel locks as there are only 3 and I could not find a 4th. Also the 4 seal valve stems is missing one nut. We bought the Sedona new so not sure what that is about. There is a cabin filter and a filter I purchased for replacements. The phone holder is also new. I had two and used one. It fits perfectly in the Sedona. The expensive WEATHER TECH window reflectors are the best as they do not use tape. I had them on my previous car but just never got around to installing these as I was semi-retired for a while due to health issues and my Sedona was pretty much just in the garage. There is also a tire cover and cargo net. Please do not hesitate if you have any questions.
