We are currently looking for a reliable Property Inspector in Joplin, MO for residential unit inspections.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
• Take clear photos and detailed notes of the property condition
• Identify damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Coordinate updates with management when needed
• Use an inspection app by carefully following provided instructions
Pay:
Inspection: Starting at $40 per unit
Additional compensation may be provided depending on scope and workload
Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a smartphone with a good camera
• Must be comfortable using inspection apps and following step-by-step instructions
• Attention to detail is required
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Can update in real time
