Heritage Bronze Turkeys
Hatched in mid-may
$20 for Processing/Packaging,
probably cannot butcher before Friday.
$80 hens frozon (7-10 lbs carcass weight)
Hand plucked, cleaned, and packaged, frozen ready for transport. Giblets vacuum packed.
To thaw a 7-10 pound turkey about 1-3 days in a fridge
or 2-6 hours in a water bath (while in packaging water should be changed every 30 minutes with the intent of keeping the water below 40 º F)
Should have more ready before Christmas.
The remaining birds will be harvested by Mid December, except for a spare breeding trio.
If you would prefer a Duck.
Processed Muscovy and Mallard type ducks are also available.
