Comes with booklet and cd for installing drivers. Comes with new unopened cyan and yellow inks. Works but needs print heads cleaned. Picture 3 shows current ink levels. Printed paper in last picture shows how its currently printing using the "nozzle check" test page from menu. Missing lines is because the heads need cleaned.

Must meet in joplin at 7th st walmart supercenter.
