barter Mechanic's hands in exchange for Social Media Work

I just moved to Missouri and I'm in great need of a mobile mechanic. My car is not kicking into gear as it should. I am looking to barter any services, parts or other labor for Social Media setup, promotion and advertising. This car is a 2007 Altima. I can also help with creating and editing business-related videos. I am a minister so if you need ministerial help, cleansing and spiritual work I can oblige.
You must have your own tools (I have very few). I'm on East EE Highway. Thanks in advance!
