Grandkids don't use it anymore, but it is solid, and has a lot of life left. Overall in decent shape, as seen in pictures. One swing needs the chain replaced, and the bottom rung is missing from the ladder.

Asking $50 firm, and you must haul it. We broke it down into a couple of pieces when we moved it, so bring tools if you need to do that, too. Its sitting in our backyard but you can back right up to it with a truck and/or trailer. I'm not physically able to help load, so bring help, it's too much for one person.
