Frigidaire Model No: FFRE12L3S1, Window a/c unit 115 Volts Amps-8.7 12,000 BTU. This a/c unit is designed to install in a standard double hung window with an opening of 23.6 to 38.8 inches. The face of the a/c unit is 19" x 13 3/4" tall. YouTube says that a 12,000 BTU a/c unit can cool up to a 550 sq ft room, and I'm sure it can, but let me tell you what I know for a fact: it was cooling a 350 sq ft room very well. And you may ask why I am selling this a/c unit. I recently purchased a new Midea a/c window unit, 12,000 BTU, which runs on less electricity and automatically adjusts itself on/off times and temperature levels. All one has to do is program it. This Frigidaire works excellently, and you can plug it in and feel the Cold Air coming out of it. I have an Infrared Thermometer, and this A/C unit was putting out 41-degree air, which is cold. My New Midea A/C unit also puts out that much cold air. At $85.00, how can you go wrong with a good working A/C unit?
